Jesus Came to Serve & He Calls Us to Do the Same

The local church is a unique place where believers lovingly and joyfully serve one another. Serving the church is an outward expression and stewardship of Christ’s love, grace and mercy, that we have experienced for ourselves. As we serve, we do so in a manner that is humble, generous, and hospitable. Every Sunday, it is the seemingly small and behind-the-scenes works of service by faithful volunteers that help us fulfill Summit View’s mission and vision. We are so grateful for all of our volunteers!

If you attend Summit View regularly, we encourage you to serve, and connect with others in the process. We would love to talk to you about your interests and talents, and match you with an opportunity that utilizes the gifts God has given you.

We have a wide range of opportunities available, in all areas of ministry. Just a few of the many opportunities are listed below:

  • Making coffee, greeting, ushering, or being a part of our security team
  • Volunteering with Summit View Kids
  • Leading a small group of men or women
  • Helping with youth group
  • Using your talents on the worship team
  • Being a part of the tech team – video, slides, sound, etc.
  • Helping with facilities maintenance
  • And much, much more!
