POSITION SUMMARY
The role of Associate Pastor is to contribute and contextualize the mission and vision of Summit View Church through Gospel-centered leadership over our Adult Ministries. This is by means of equipping and empowering those within the Westside community as a whole. This pastor will have a dynamic range of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following: develop and foster the spiritual development of adults at Summit View Westside, regular Sunday preaching, and assisting the Local Lead Pastor in the equipping of staff and volunteers.
POSITION SUMMARY
The role of Youth Minister is to contribute and contextualize the mission and vision of Summit View Church and The Family of Churches through the middle and high school ministry (MS/HS) at Heritage Park. This is done by means of equipping and empowering leaders and students, as well as partnering with parents, and working collaboratively with the Heritage Park Staff Team. The position will have the primary oversight in the areas of teaching, vision, recruiting leaders, discipling youth, outreach to youth, overseeing weekly gatherings, and social events.
POSITION SUMMARY
The primary duties of the Elementary Coordinator (EC) is to coordinate volunteers and curriculum for Kindergarten to 5th grade. The EC develops relationships with the volunteers and schedules volunteers for service in the elementary grades. The EC downloads, formats, and revises the curriculum for the elementary classes. The EC preps weekly the supplies needed for the lessons for all classrooms from Kindergarten to 5th grade.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Maintenance Assistant works closely with the Facility Director to ensure that preventative and responsive maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and restoration needs of the facility are met. This full-time position will also assist in facilitating the day-to-day campus needs of routine maintenance, facility use administration, and event management to ensure that NGC/SVC facilities are in excellent condition and appearance. You will be working closely with the TFOC Facility Director, other staff, as well as outside users of the facility. The primary motive of this role is to support the ministries of the church and supply what they need to accomplish their mission with as few obstacles as possible. Someone who will be successful in this role is one who is eager to serve and work hard behind the scenes, lead with “yes”, anticipate needs and fulfill them with attention to excellence, timeliness, and efficiency.
POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Administrator is a member of the Church Support Team providing essential support services to the entire church staff by administrating the essential HR functions of the church. The HR Administrator helps create a positive employee experience and ensures our HR functions operate effectively. The HR Administrator will oversee tasks including job postings, reviewing candidates, new hire onboarding, HR training, offboarding, benefits administration, performance reviews, etc. The HR Administrator will not be processing payroll or other compensation related areas but will administrate all other HR functions. The HR Administrator will work directly with Local Lead Pastor’s and other key ministry leaders to help equip the team in the HR space. This is a part-time, role with flexible days in office.
