Worship on the Lawn will be a time to gather IN PERSON for live worship, prayer, and 6′ apart fellowship!
Sunday, August 23rd at 6 PM
As Phase 2 is upon us and as we wait for the approval of Phase 3, the Elders and Staff at Summit View Church have been discussing what it looks like to start gathering face-to-face. We have looked at all the protocols for Phase 2 and the pending Phase 3 and consulted with our Life Groups, leaders and Deacons. Through prayer and conversations, we have decided that we will gather face-to-face for an evening of outdoor Worship on the Lawn at all of our campuses!
Please register for your campus below:
Heritage Park Campus
7701 NE 182nd Ave

11718 NW 31st Ave
Vancouver, WA 98685
Battle Ground Campus

What should I bring?
- Lawn chairs or a blanket
- A mask (required when you cannot practice social distancing)
- Your own coffee or tea
What safety precautions are you taking?
We will have sanitizing stations set up. We’ll be social distancing, which means families will sit 6′ apart, and we’ll refrain from personal contact (as much as we want to hug each other!) The state does not require you to wear a mask while outside and keeping your social distance, but you are certainly welcome to wear one if you feel more comfortable.
Do I have to register to attend?
We ask that you use the buttons above to register for your campus’ event. This helps us prepare for your arrival. Of course, you are still welcome to come if you have not registered.
What about Sunday morning services?
For now, we will continue to worship as one church online Sunday mornings at 10 am.
Will there be any programs for kids?
No, this is a family-style service, and we encourage you to come and worship as a family.
How long will you be doing Worship on the Lawn?
At the moment, we’re planning to have these worship nights throughout the remainder of July. We’ll make a decision about August as the time draws closer.
When will regular ministries resume?
We’re anticipating regular weekly ministries will resume after Labor Day. We will have some outdoor ministry events in July and August. More information is coming soon.
