Leadership League

with Dr. Michael Hearn

In the Fall, we will begin reading nine leadership books over the course of the year. Only two of the books we will read are distinctly and categorically Christian in nature; our goal is to read and filter these books through the lens of our Christian faith. Not only do we want to be the best leaders we can be, but we want to do it in a way that is true to our faith and honors the Lord.

We will read the books in order below. Please come prepared to discuss the book of the month. We will work to develop frameworks and/or thoughts that you can use with the teams of people you lead.

The Leadership League Meets at The

Heritage Park Campus

We meet the second Tuesday of each month in the Worship Center at 7 PM.

Why are certain people so incredibly great at what they do? Most of us think we know the answer—but we’re almost always wrong. That’s important, because if we’re wrong on this crucial question, then we have zero chance of getting significantly better at anything we care about.

What makes a great leader?

June 11

For more than forty years this classic study has shown Christians how to minister to the people God brings into their lives.
