Showing God’s Love – No Strings Attached

June Second Saturday, June 9.

Help with the rehab at Camp Lacamas, a Christian camp that has been overgrown and is in need of lots of general repairs.  Major work categories will be tree removal and wood splitting, branch chipping and making the chips into organized pathways, installing and repairing siding on the dining room, sheetrocking in the dining room, pressure washing buildings and walks, painting cabins–in and out, cleaning metal roofs on cabins, installing exterior window trim on cabins, weeding, drain trenching, building a stairway from the auditorium, and building an awning for the woodpile.  Plus miscellaneous activities for all ages.  And, finally, a great lunch provided at the camp by the camp staff along with the Second Saturday cooking team.

Meet at Crossroads Community Church at 9:15 AM and take the bus to the camp, or show up directly to the camp, just next door to Camas Meadows golf course.
