Director of Middle School Ministry – HP
Signature dish (you cook): I love to cook anything Italian
Good habit: Remembering names
Bad habit: Not switching the laundry over to the dryer
Coffee habit: I leave coffee drinking to my wife.
Personal motto/Life verse: You do not delight in sacrifice, or I would bring it; you do not take pleasure in burnt offerings. My sacrifice, O God, is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart you, God, will not despise. – Psalm 51:16-17
I’m scared to try: Surfing, boogie boarding, body surfing, skimboarding, pretty much anything involving aquatic activity on the beach. Sandcastles, no problem.
Cat/dog/other: I’m an equal opportunity animal lover; however, we have one dog named Maximus.
Etiquette Pet Peeve: Distracted Driving
I wish I could tell my younger self: (Referring to my wife) She is as amazing as you think. Don’t wait 12 years to marry her!
I never leave home without: Wallet, keys, phone, and a kiss from my girls
Your spouse/best friend would describe you as: Caring and attentive
The last book I read/re-read: Hurt by Chap Clark and Prodigal God by Timothy Keller
Favorite part of your job/ministry: The shift that occurs within students as they begin to see their community through the lens of the Gospel and then act on that desire to see their peers come to know Jesus personally.
