FAQs

Why are we doing this?

Very simply put, God’s love and the foundations of faith are most prominently displayed when we help others through good deeds and in times of need.

In Matthew 25:31-46, we see that those who believe are those who have “helped the least of these”.  Matthew 5:16 says that our good deeds bring the glory of our Father to others.

1 John 4:16 says “God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God.”  It’s our hope and desire to live out this love in our community. We believe that helping others through service, these projects on April 30 will help show the love of God to our community.
