Intern – High School Ministry, Heritage Park Campus
Signature dish (you cook): Cinnamon-apple pancakes
Good habit: Always taking time to smile and enjoy the day for what it is.
Bad habit: Raging coffee addiction.
Coffee habit: Can one truly be in youth ministry without having a raging coffee addiction?
Personal motto/Life verse: 1 Thessalonians 1:3 ” remembering before our God and Father your work in faith and labor of love and steadfastness of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ.”
I’m scared to try: Horror video games. I’m not about that.
Cat/dog/other: Cats and dogs both hold different purposes in a household and I can’t bring myself to pick one over the other. Especially since people make assumptions based off of the selection of the two.
Etiquette Pet Peeve: When people are lazy when they text; spelling full words and using complete sentences when texting really isn’t that hard.
I wish I could tell my younger self: Spend less time complaining about people, it harms yourself and others.
I never leave home without: I would say my wallet but that would be a lie.
Your spouse/best friend would describe you as: A sweet goof
The last book I read/re-read: Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis
Favorite part of your job/ministry: Being able to work alongside so many people that I love and look up to as well as having more opportunities to serve and love in my ministry. It is a true blessing.
