Bruce Dillon

Pastor of Adult Ministries

Signature dish (you cook): I make really good guacamole! The best thing I make for dinner is reservations!

Good habit: I read the Bible every day

Bad habit: I stay up too late at night even if I am tired or have to get up early the next morning,

Coffee habit: I don’t drink coffee, I occasionally will get a frappuccino from Starbucks

Personal motto/Life verse: I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. Philippians 4:13

I’m scared to try: bungee jumping or skydiving

Cat/dog/other: I have always been a dog person but right now I only have one cat

Etiquette Pet Peeve: People cutting in line,

I wish I could tell my younger self: Invest in Microsoft stock

I never leave home without: My wallet, car keys, cell phone and IPad

Your spouse/best friend would describe you as: My wife would say faithful and my friends would say I am lucky to have such an amazing wife!

The last book I read/re-read: Gray Mountain by John Grisham

Favorite part of your job/ministry: I love meeting new people and folding them into the church.  I feel most pastoral when I am caring for sick or hurting people, possibly during hospital visitation or in end of life situations.
